Varnishing is a thin layer of coating which is applied to top of the surface as it improves water resistance, dust resistance , makes the surface scratch proof, thus providing a shield to the top layer of the board, However coating adds to the least enhancement of glossiness and is focussed on providing other benefits.

UV Drip Off is a special effect coating process that creates a unique, textured finish. This coating technique uses Ultraviolet (UV) Curing technology. It’s a process carried out in offset which applies a clear liquid coating which is later converted to Drip in targeted places resulting in three dimensional texture along with matty drip giving it an eye catching premium look to the board. The UV Drip Off effect is often used to add a premium, high-end feel to products and materials. It's a creative way to differentiate and make a lasting impression

Gloss Lamination also known as PVC Lamination is a thin layer of plastic film that is bonded with the Top layer of cardboard using high quality adhesives. Such lamination not only gives bright and glossy finish but also offers strength, rigidity and protection to the cardboard or paper.

Spot UV is a printing technique that applies a glossy, ultraviolet (UV) coating to specific areas of a design, creating a visual contrast and highlighting certain elements. It is often used to highlight logos or branding elements. It is an extremely effective method to grab instant attention towards a particular detail in the cardboard/paper as it creates sense of depth and dimensionality. This process can elevate the look and design of any board.

Matt Lamination has similar process and benefits as compared to Gloss Lamination and differs only in the appearance of the board as Matt lamination makes the surface non reflective giving the box soft and subtle appearance, it reduces glare and gives very aesthetic and premium oulook to the cardboard or paper.
