Designing
Our Designing Team is a master in converting a vision into an image. A good design is the secret to an amazing printing output, hence our designing team meticulously crafts every design to satisfy clients expectation and provide an eye pleasing result in the sheet. We provide multiple design options to our clients aiming at premium designing service.
Printing
1. Mitsubishi
6 + Coater
Machine
This gigantic machinery is capable of printing in 5 colours along with premium coating of UV-Drip Off simultaneously providing precise results. This machine is also capable of printing in Silver Laminated sheets giving a unique and vibrant metallic UV finish which is bound to leave an impact on customers.
2. Mitsubishi
5 Colour
Offset Machine
This machinery is an automatic CPC machine whcih is engineered to replicate the design on sheets. This machine can print extra colour along with regular CMYK to give the box a vibrant and unique look creating an everlasting impact in the mind of the customers.​
3. Single Colour Machine
A single-color machine is designed to operate or produce outputs in only one color. This machine can print any single colour on any sheet to imprint details in the most cost effective yet very informative manner. These machines are efficient for tasks requiring uniformity and simplicity, often serving specialized needs in various industries.
Lamination
Lamination Coating is the spice required to enhance the quality of the printed sheet. Our lamination and coating machines can produce any form of lamination and coating as per the clients requirement. Our in house staffs are trained to operate the machinery at the most optimal rate to give best quality result. We use high quality gum and rolls to eliminate any form of inconsistency guarenteeing enhanced output.
Scoring & Die cutting
Our Die cutting and punching team is focused at providing precisionary cuts which gives sharp and accurate shape which facilitates seamless packing. Our highly advanced die cutting machinery is capable of providing any shapes and cuts to extreme accuracy resulting in a very sleek finish to the sheet in a very efficient manner.
Corrugation
Corrugation refers to the process of creating fluted layers in paperboard or cardboard to increase strength, durability, and resistance to crushing. The flutes are the wavy, corrugated layers that give cardboard its distinctive texture. Corrugation provides increased Strength and durability and provides resistance from crushing/ compression of the board/paper. Our machinery is capable of converting the paper into various flutes as per the packaging Requirement.
Pasting
Our 6 corner pasting machine is equipped to paste a small box to complicated boxes giving unique and efficient layout to the box. Our pasting works are carried out only by High End machineries liminating any scope of inconsistency and complaints. The gum used for pasting ensures that all the corners are pasted in most efficient manner.
